Introduction
What Beck Links does and where to start.
Beck Links makes links that open the right screen of your app: when the app is installed, after it was installed from the store, and for chat apps that only want a preview. It gives you honest data about what happened to each click, install and event, and an API for everything the dashboard does.
What you can do#
- Deep links that open your app on Android (App Links) and iOS (Universal Links), with a web or store fallback when the app is missing. See Create links.
- Deferred deep links: the destination survives the install. Android uses the Google Play Install Referrer, iOS an opt-in pasteboard token. No fingerprinting. See Deferred deep linking.
- Links for every item: one URL pattern such as
/c/{id}gives every challenge, product or profile a link, with its own title and image in WhatsApp or Facebook, and no database row per item. See Links for every item. - Attribution and events: which link brought an install, plus purchases and sign-ups. See Attribution and events.
- A REST API and webhooks for links, apps, domains, stats and templates. See the API overview and Webhooks.
